At the moment the building has a BEDBUG infestation. Please steer clear of 225 Bennett Avenue--for your own good. The exterminator was not helpful or thorough. In the past they have shown no desire to send contractors or plasterers on a working person's schedule. Take the day off, they say. How does one do that? Can't your neighbor stay? No, they work, too. And I wouldn't burden them.
