I wish so badly that I had read the reviews of this place before paying for their so-called service. I called regarding a specific newspaper ad for an unfurnished HOUSE in the Hall High area. Rocky said the ""house"" was available and explained how Rent-Max acts as an unpaid agent for landlords, thus the justification for the $59 service fee. That seemed high for information, but he further quizzed me about where I wanted to live. I told him the Hillcrest area, but that I could only afford $650/month including utilities, which he said should be around $575 without utilities. He then said Rent-Max had over 2,000 properties in Little Rock with numerous houses for rent in my price range in Hillcrest, and that I would have no trouble finding a great place to live. Unfortunately, I was foolish enough to believe it.
Cons: ""Cons"" . . . hmmmm . . . guess that word pretty much says it all.
