Considering that there are only perhaps 3 or 4 ""puerto rican"" restaurants in town - no wonder this makes the list as the best. Not a fair comparison. The wait was long, the lady seemed disoriented and the food portions were small, yet high in calories and fat from the look of the fried dish. The coquito was ok...but most of all puerto rican restaurants pride themselves with a good coquito. so thats nothing new. This place is in a shopping strip off a highway (not very romantic so dont recommend for dates). Owners seemed too busy drinking than attending their guests. Service was slow. Music too loud - not appropriate when people dine, makes for a less than comfortable dining experience. I went there another time but was turned away because it was closed and they werent ready...so tried again. and unfortunately with a date.
