Our experience with Enviromax was very pleasant. We had seen their work at one of our neighbor's backyard, and liked it. We had a pretty steep 45 deg slope in our backyard, and were looking at ideas to utilize the land. A retaining wall was a must, but besides that something unique and aesthetic was desirable. Mack presented us with a few catalogs to look at, and some ideas to work with. Finally, my wife and I selected a concept and added few of our own ideas to it. Mack worked around the concept and drew out a design. I appreciated how flexible he was and willing to accomodate our ideas, although cautioning us if something would not work well. We worked pretty hard in making material selections for the patio and the retaining wall. Mack's experience and advice helped us in making sure our selections would work out well, however, the anxiety remains till the project is completed :). It was also important that we could get what we wanted in our budget. The final piece was getting the design from paper to reality. I commend the crew for doing a fantastic job. The workmanship was excellent. Mind you, there are variations in the project from the design, some of the design concepts do not appeal entirely when built. We appreciated that the crew was receptive to our feedback, made immediate corrections, and made sure it was to our liking. In the end, the project met our expectations. We love our backyard, and find it well worth the investment.
