I'm getting married in Austin in March 2009 and planning the wedding with my family all the way in Louisiana. They came into town for one non-stop weekend of wedding dress shopping and we made appts at 6 bridal salons (national chains and locally owned). Belle Saison was by far superior to all the others in terms of customer service and quality of the dresses. This place had a large selection of sizes to try on, they let me take pictures in all of them for reference later, and treated me like a queen. I would highly suggest working with Pavielle who was my consultant. We moved appts around because of the poor selection at another store where I left my appt early and she found time in her schedule to meet with us. She help me try on at least 12 dresses and matched veils and tiaras perfectly. She never said the word ""no"" and was continually willing to help me find what I was looking for. She had an honest opinion and even helped me decide on jewelry and a hairstyle. I purchased my dress the very next day and plan on returning to get my bridesmaid dresses.
