I flew in from Iowa to go bridal dress shopping with my mom who lives in the Austin area. Belle Saison was the first salon we went to and the last. The moment we walked in we were greeted by a consultant named Kim Keepers. She asked what styles I was thinking about and showed me where I could find the different ones. As we walked around the store, she would pull dresses that she thought would be of interest. One in particular, I didn't even want to try on because it did not look good on the hanger. But, I agreed to try it because she promised it looked amazing on. In the dressing room, she was always there to assist me in getting into dresses and zipping or lacing them up. When I put on the dress that she suggested, I knew it was the one. Kim knew exactly the style that would look best on me and it showed! I ended up chosing the dress that she had pulled for me and the one that I didn't even want to try on. Kim worked with us every step of the way in finding the perfect veil, headpiece, and jewelry! She truly made my experience stress-free and wonderful! Belle Saison Bridal is truly the best store to go to for selection, quality, customer service, and price! They are wonderful! If you have the chance, ask for Kim Keepers to be your consultant; she is AMAZING!
