High and Dry did a fantastic job on my second story partition about 5 years ago. Through all the storms, wind, etc., it is still holding perfectly.
Pros: Inexpensive, thorough job (have done 2 homes for me), stuck by their quote.
Cons: You may have to wait, a lot of folks know about these guys-- causing a back log.
