My husband and I purchased a gorgeous diamond eternity band from dimend SCAASI in December. The whole experience was so positive from beginning to end and Shannon was a joy to work with! She had wonderful suggestions on design, was very patient, professional and knowledgeable and there was never any pressure at all. She always kept us informed as the ring was being made and ensured the quality of the final product was up to her very high standards. You can tell that she just wants you to be happy with your purchase no matter what you are spending. The ring itself is spectacular, the diamonds are so brilliant and sparkly I still find myself looking at the ring several times a day. From researching prices of similar rings, dimend SCAASI is very fairly priced (and included an appraisal). I would definitely shop there again and would highly recommend to friends. Although we live in Chicago and were lucky to deal with Shannon in person, the website is fantastic too.
