I recently spent the day at Deleon for an escape from my normal work week. It was SO relaxing. I'm not sure what these other complaints are about. Maybe just from people who aren't pleased by anything no matter how well they are treated. I have been to spas all over the country and this experience easily measured up to those. I was there long enough to be greeted by one receptionist, a male, who was very polite and helpful. Later when checking out to leave I was helped by a female receptionist who was very sweet and warm. I will for sure be returning to Deleon. Especially for the facials. They're fantastic. Try them out! You won't be sorry!
Pros: Ambience, great pricing especially for a high end spa, friendly, professional staff.
Cons: you eventually have to leave and return to normal life :)
