My car was towed by Lang towing at 11pm on a thursday night. I wasn't able to pick my car up until friday night. When I called the office to arrange to pick up my car the woman on the phone was very friendly. When I got to the lot I was greeted by a filthy old man smoking and taking my money. Every door to my car was unlocked and my car had been ransacked! Evey thing had been gone through and nearly everything of value was stolen out of it, including designer sunglasses, cd's dvd's designer bags, all the change and money that was in the car. Even the gas was on empty when I got it. When I told him that things were missing he yelled at me. Told me there was nothing he could do, despite that fact that I saw my car get put onto the flat bed truck and I would assume it went straight to the lot. He yelled at me and told me to get out.
