I am kind of a spur-of-the-moment person when it comes to hair maintenace but one particular salon, Lords and Lady's keeps me coming back regularly and even has a great re-book special ($5 off next visit!). I usually go in for a color and a cut with blowdry sometimes I will throw in an eyebrow wax. My stylist is fantastic and one time when she was not available I saw another stylist who was also very talented. Unfortunately, I feel very uncomfortable being there when I am not with my stylist because those whom work there come off as very miserable. The front desk girl looks like she hates being there and who I believe to be the manager seems the exact opposite of professional. I can overhear the other stylists bad mouthing other employees and clients to the ""manager"", who seems to agree with them. The turnover rate seems to be quite large considering I ask my stylist ""where did that woman go who was next to you?"" (etc.) and the response is always ""She left..."". I wish my stylist would relocate to a different salon so I would feel more comfortable, until then...I must suffer.
