I was quite surprised to read those other reviews because I've used Able Pest Control several times for different types of pests and have had only positive experiences and excellent results! It would seem that those comments may have been made in reference to the prior owner and not the current owner Tom. Honestly, I had to chuckle at one of the earlier reviews. It reminds me of the story where no one could figure out how to get a machine working. Finally, after repeated failed attempts someone suggested an old retired gentleman be called in. After tinkering with the machine in silence for awhile, the old man hammered one nail in place. The machine then sprung to life. The owner laughed when he was presented the bill: ""$1 for nail; $99 for knowing where to hammer it"". As for Tom and Able Pest Control, Tom was prompt, courteous and affordable - hard to beat that with any type of service these days - and knew exactly where to place the traps so he didn't have to return a second time! I refer Tom to everyone I know and everyone has been just as happy. Thank you, Tom!
