After my favorite facialist left the Heights Massage and Day Spa, I visited several other spas trying to find a replacement. Thanks to other reviews on Citysearch, I scheduled a facial with Rad, and he lived up to all of the rave reviews. First, he has a great personality - full of energy! Second, he gives an amazing facial. The extractions were aggressive, which was exactly what I needed. One day later, the breakouts look better. He also packs an incredible amount of treatment into the session (cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, facial massage...). It felt like he was really taking his time to give my skin the attention and treatment it needed. Finally, the Sensia studio has a nice quiet waiting area where you can relax before your appointment, and the Galleria location is convenient with plenty of parking.
