I've been taking pole classes here for about 4 months now and it is THE BEST thing I have ever done!!! I am officially addicted - even got a pole for my apartment!! Vicky is INCREDIBLE! She kicks my butt each and every time -- and i love it!! Not only is she in the most incredible shape - and she can do things that don't seem possible .... she is patient and supportive (with people like me) - and you leave there doing things you never thought you could!! I can't recommend her classes enough, if its to get in shape, or learn to be slinky on the pole, or just to feel great about yourself!! The entire staff is incredible! I so look forward to going to class every week!! I feel totally different in my body now! I have confidence i never did before, I know what i am capable of doing, and i have a whole new attitude!! I can't say enough wonderful things about this place and what they have done for me!!!!
Pros: small classes, great instructor, so much fun, excellent workout
Cons: NOT ONE!
