Rude, abrasive and downright mean. Mind you, this isn't some dispute with the business. We walked in the door and they were just rude even before hello until we left. Stay away. There are plenty of other places to go in Reno.
Pros: Price was slightly better than another in town.
Cons: Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Don't go here unless you want to inconvience the owners.
