I was broke down on I-10, on my way back to Houston ,Texas. I pulled to the nearest repair facility and they told me that no one in the whole area had the part that I needed nor did anyone do the kind of work necessary to repair my vehicle. One of the cashier's there at the place told me to call Fayard Automotive. I asked for a phone book and I called Fayards. I explained to the gentlemen over the phone my problems and he began to tell me what to look for. I asked the repair shop if they knew what the fellow at Fayard's was explaining and wow, no more than 45 minutes later , they had the part over to the shop and I was on the road again in no time. If it were not for Fayard's Automotive Parts Center, I probably would still be there in New Orleans. This company still sends me parts here in Dallas Tx. I keep thanking them each and everytime I call them for what they did. OH! IT was closing time at that, and they even stayed open and brought my part to the repair facility all the way across town. Cool to know there is still some descent businesses there in the great city of new orleans. They have my business. Rock on Fayard's.
