I thought about going to this spa but after reading all of the snippy "had to have the last word" and retaliate comments the lady that i will assume owns the place wrote saying "oh well, you should say thanks to us" I am definatley not looking for this kind of treatment. As a business professional, I could get smart allick commets anywhere else in the city for a lot cheaper such as a $2 coffee. I think its nice you try to reslove the problems but your attitude sure does shine! Not how you run a business! Not to mention your responses still sound like you were in the wrong. The customer is always right.
