I purchased Pups at one time years ago at Pik A Pup - I have agree with the other posted reviews and am saddened to hear that nothing has changed in so many years. I have 5 dogs now, saddly (Nate & McAll) purchased at Pik A Pup have passed. I am ready for yet another pup and will still not consider buying here. I, out of curiosity checked to see if they were eeven still in business. At the time of my new additions I too found the staff to be less than informative. I also had trouble with one pup upon arriving home and simply called to inquire as to what may or may not be going on; I was appauld at their response. They would only make clear to me that this was a FINAL PURCHASE, that they did nothing to make the pup sick. They had no regard for this poor dogs well being or what symptoms they may even recognize in order to assist me or even comfort me. All they wanted me to know is that THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY. That has been my experience with Pik A Pup.
