I visited this spot on last Thursday where it was Free Jazz on Thursdays. The experience and atmosphere was very nice and "mature". It was a cool, relaxing mood and had a great crowd there. The band was absolutely awesome and they even offered other entertainment between their breaks i.e. guest vocalists came up and a violinist came up and did her thing. It was great. The food was pretty good, even though we only ordered an array of appetizers. I will admit that the service could have been faster. The waitress was a sweet girl, but almost clueless as to what she was doing. There were other waitresses there that were on it and handling their section and literally ours as well. Overall, I would definitely visit this spot again. The owner came out closer to the end of the night and asked how everything was. Very cordial and professional person. I wish this place great success. This is a well kept secret for DeKalb, I am surprised there is not more advertising.
Pros: ambience, ample parking, entertainment, nice decor and set-up
Cons: particular servers should probably be replaced -- respond quicker to requests, greet faster
