I am SO SO SO thankful that I found Cosmetique! My friend had been raving about how impressed she was by the IPL treatments that she had at this spa before hand, but to be honest, I had my reservations, considering I have had my share of unfortunate experiences with other med spas on the westside. So, I figured " What do I have to lose with a free consultation?" . I admit that I initially went in to Cosmetique with a bit of a chip on my shoulder based on my past run- ins with unprofessional spas.... It was unbelievable how comfortable I felt right off the bat. I actually went out of my way to quiz the frontdesk people with as many questions as I could come up with to see if they even knew what they were talking about... I was pleasantly surprised! Then I was seen by the doctor within 5 minutes of my scheduled time and he showed me before & after photos of the IPL and basically gave me all of my options... I didn't feel pressured in the slightest... I ended up buying a package of multiple treatments in February and I have to admit I was apprehensive with dropping money up front. Now, that I have completed my last session last week... I can't even begin to put into words how thankful and impressed I am by everyone at Cosmetique and my RESULTS!! wow... You definitely have to stay committed to staying out of the sun... which is a challenge living at the beach, but SOOOOO worth it!! Anyone with sun damage or discoloration... try it!!! Money well spent!!! They are so welcoming and genuine..NOT like a million other spas I have tried in BH!!
Pros: Customer service was top notch
Cons: they have parking in the back, but the meter parking in front is not so good
