I took my daughter there to get her first pedi/mani. I used a $40 gift cert that I had gotten for xmas. My pedi/mani was $40 and my daughter's was $30. They charged me $70 and discarded my gift certificate. I have not yet recieved my refund, even after going back two times to see the manager!
