I have used Middleton Heat and Air exclusively for nearly 15 years. They have always been punctual and courteous. I had an A/C problem early this week and was told that since I wasn't a contract person it would be late in the week or early the next week before I could have my condenser recharged. Seems they have gotten too big for small customers like me. I called Jones Heating and Air in Benton and they fixed me up the same day. And I sent Chuck Middleton an email telling him of my move to another business and have never received a response. Guess they won't miss me...
