Stay away from this company!!! They conduct short, spotty move in inspections, (literally 5 minutes) and hour and a half move out inspections. They treat you like crap and charge you for damages that were there when you moved in. I was lucky that I documented all of the damages in a letter shortly after move in. After multiple phone conversations with their rude and threatening staff, discovering they gave us a fraudulent invoice, contacting the actual owner of the property, and two letters pointing out real estate laws, I got my deposit back! How humbling for them to have to return it after they were so mean and nasty to me and after they told me to bring them to court! It was a nightmare!
