We took our '04 1-ton pick-up in for a clunking noise when turning into/out of parking spaces. Whatever it was, they fixed it at no charge & were completely thorough in keeping us updated on soon to be needed preventative maintenance. No pressure to do anything at their dealership at that exact time. Their free shuttle service to a local shopping mall was also appreciated.
