I've been going to the Berkeley Ace for a over dozen years and for the most of those years it was a friendly, neighborhood store with helpful and knowledgeable workers. \r

Today there is a problem which the management neither acknowledges nor is willing to address. The workers are lazy, (merely pointing to a part of the store without any help at all when asked about a product) they (almost collectively) have attitudes that are DEFINTELY NOT customer-service oriented, and are down-right RUDE when called on their behaviors. I went as far as talking to the OWNER and he told me, "Is someone having a bad day?" in the most condescending and rude manner that I have ever been treated at a business. \r

I?ve told my friends, neighbors and co-workers that not only should we not do business there, but there should be a boycott of the place until the owner(s?) realize what is going on.
