Upon our recent move to Denver we purchased a home with the intent to make improvements. The home was older so it required a special touch to maintain it's conformity. Cress helped us with the design and gave us ideas we included in the design. We created a master bath into the largest bedroom and created a real"" maste ensuite"". The main bath was gutted and reconstructed. The electrical was upgraded to add more service to facillitate the additional electrical load. All in all we got the professional design and care I expected in bring in a design and build contractor. Jerry, Susan and Dan were always available during the project and kept us updated throughout the process. I'll use them again.\r
