This is my first tattoo in Portland and i'm glad i chose to go to Tiger Lily's. Mike V is kick a**!! The artists here actually gives a hoot about what you put on your flesh, and will give you suggestions on what will or will not look good. I highly recommend this shop not only because they're clean, professional, and have awesome artists, but also because they're fun to work with :-)
