Much of the surgery for this Good Samaritan neighbor is miles away at Emmanuel Hospital. The scheduling people are more difficult to reach than the office. My surgeon has been not very communicative.I will probably cancel the surgery and seek help elsewhere at a later date. 3 stars-they seem competent but I have misgivings.
Cons: Very poor communications. Rush to surgery.
