I had a great experience here. I had a bridesmaid dress that needed substantial alterations (taking in and shortening the bodice, as well as hemming), and the first place i took it to, a fancy bridal shop in Harvard Square,did a terrible job and charged me a fortune. I took it to Elegant Tailor on the recommendation of a friend, and they did a great job, quickly, and charged half as much as the other place. I highly recommend their tailoring service.
