When it comes to working out this has been the best thing I've done for myself in years! I love having a trainer come to my house because I have NO EXCUSE to not work out and I work out harder because I have someone pushing me. Plus I don't fall into a rut of doing the same exercises everyday because I have variety with someone certified working out my fitness schedule. Not only have I improved physically but also mentally because of the stress relief. This is definitely the way to get your excercise and ""forget the gym.!""
