He gave me the price before starting the job, which was almost exact to the quote I received initially. He explained how dry cleaning was different and more effective than the leading competitors who use water. He removed spots in which I was told by other companies would never come out. I was totally amazed! For nearly a year I had been considering replacing my carpet, because of the spots and dirt, I thought it was my only choice. My carpet was left hard and rough feeling after having it steamed cleaned. After having it dry cleaned, it's soft and feels better than new. (My friends paid me a visit shortly after the cleaning and were surprised when I told them, I used carpet dryclean).
