In person, they are generally nice. On the phone, it is terrible. They get irritated easily and really seem to hate their jobs and the people they encounter while working. But the Dr. is great. One of these receptionist told me she was a crazy old lady but she's good. I was recommended to her and I have since recommended her to many friends who continuously go to her.""
