Wiggins Furniture Inc. has to be one of the WORST places to purchase furniture. I just purchased a recliner for my father-in-law today from them. If it wasnt' for the sake of Fathers day coming right around the corner, I would have walked out.. The salesman the we had Gary was VERY nonchalant w/ my husband and I nor did he really care about what we really had to say. I was already angry but still going to make the purchase and he introduced me to Kim Wiggins and when I asked her about markup or price reduction on the item we were looking at (didn't realize that it was such a touchy subject) she sorely attempted to compare that to her asking me about my mortgage pmt.. She let me know how offended she was and stormed out of the front area and hid in the back until we left. I PROMISE I will never walk into that store again and will let everyone in my path know about this experience and how little Wiggins Furniture really cares about the customer...just the bottom line
