my guess is all the reviews posting positve must be related to the company themselves. I tried to get loan there no problem there they approved on my end. Only problem was getting them to call me back and tell me it was a go because they do not call back as far as im concerned. Then after all that we head to escrow and guess what one week no communication from them nor any help making us feel comfortable with them. In a crunch at this point we moved on to other loan options. In the end they were much higher interest anyways but even then they didnt want my business. So in my opinion if you are in business to make money and get answers these are not the people to deal with and there are many out there willing to help
Pros: it seemed painless at first but it was all a mess when i needed them and when it was in the works
Cons: wasted several weeks of my time and almost made me lose out because they wouldnt get me info within 1 week time frame. thats not a lot to ask for
more
