I called during the peak of season, and received a return phone call within 24hrs, which commands an instant 2-stars. Following my first phone conversation through the end of my project, I realized, that the owner, Rob and staff are professional and truly knowlegable in this field of pool installations and products. I was provided with all licensing, insurance, and pool literature and a customer friendly estimate within 3-4 days. All work was commenced and completed as promised.
