If the decoration of the cake would have been done well I would have given this place perfect 5 star. The taste is the best but the decoration fell short. \r

During my consultation I was told they have someone to deliver and finalize the placement of my flowers to look like the picture I gave them, full cascading flowers in a spiral. I was worried that they couldn't recreate the look. I had two consultation sessions and I was assured that they were professionals and have been doing this for years and the cake would be fabulous. \r

Imagine my dismay when I came out of my dressing room to see the Buttercream guy stick calla lillies into the cake like he was poking a balloon. It looked nothing like the picture. The flowers stood straight out awkwardly in a sinlge line down the cake. One of my friend had to fix the flowers so they weren't sticking straight out of the cake and she made the flow fuller. \r

The guy told me he was not an expert at decorating and mainly just delivers the cake. If I would have known that is their ""professional"" person, I would have hired a florist or gone somewhere else. I already provided my own expensive flowers. For almost $600 I expected more from Buttercream. \r
