I have lived in Canyon View for 8 years. I find it to be a wonderful place to live. Yes it is true you do not own the land, but the overall payment for the land and my mortgage is well worth the peace and tranquility I have found in this community. It is a very safe place for my children. I have wonderful neighbors, and the crew of workers in the community keep the hillsides and common areas looking so pleasant. Especially in the spring when the flowers are in bloom. If you are looking for a nice, safe, clean community I would recommend you come take a look. The only homeowners I ever hear complaining about Canyon View are the ones that have have received notices from management that their homes are not being cared for and the curb appeal is become unsightly. But for those of us that take pride in our homes, we love it here, and are happy that the management has such high standards.\r
