The staff is either snobby or unhappy. Plenty of better bakeries with nicer people around.\r
Hi-Rise should change it's name to Lo Rise. Any positive reviews you read pertaining to great customer service must be written by the owner himself and/or the staff. I've had enough, they have lost my business.\r
