The service could not have been better. They were accommodating, knowledgeable, and nice as could be, which is unusual for a New York restaurant these days. I highly recommend the spiked green bubble tea. It's really an amazing cocktail. The wine list is great as well. The oysters come with 4 dipping sauces, though not all seem ""oyster appropriate."" The tartare trio in avocado soup was nearly perfect. It was flavorful, though subtle. All of the ingredients were so well-balanced. I was not as impressed with the tuna ribs. They were a little spicy for me, and I thought the dipping sauce was a little much. The short rib was great, with just the right combination of Western barbeque and Korean influence. For dessert, the mochi with dipping sauce is one of the best desserts I've had. It was simple and delicious, the perfect way to end the meal. I will most certainly be going back soon!
