My wife & I have moved 11 times in 24 years of marital bliss (oh, sure!); buying, & later selling, in 8 of those times in Seattle (WA), Salem (MA), Alamo (CA), Redmond (WA), Sammamish (WA), Kansas City (MO) & Round Rock, TX (twice). All 8 were accomplished with Realtors and all were completed with 'nagging' problems; EXCEPT the last 2! The word 'expert' is not really in my vocabulary, but; we have bought & sold & bought in Round Rock with the EXPERTISE of the Realtor Team of Jim Salmon & Mary Pruett of Realty World John Horton-Assoc at 2207 W. Parmer Ln; Austin, TX 78727. ALL headaches associated with 'buying, selling & buying'; especially in a new & wonderful location, were eliminated by Jim & Mary. The phrase 'word of mouth' is in my vocabulary and Jim & Mary were recommended by a saleswoman at Leif Johnson Ford-Austin. Needless to say; if we move again in TX, we'll call Jim and Mary!
Pros: Friendly; professional; knowledgeable; helpful; they treat us as if we're their only client!
Cons: Cannot think of aany!
