So, here's the deal. This company did a fabulous job on restoring our floors. However, they did not give us a real quote up front (our mistake!). The cost was ridiculous and from the minute the job was done, we were hounded for payment. Hounded. \r

So, this is NOT a slam on the quality of work. Just get a firm quote - up front - and make sure it includes payment terms. For less money and a firm quote with reasonable terms they could have been a 5 star.
Pros: Great job
Cons: Way too high of cost and hounded for immediate payment.
