Never will you encounter a more unprofessional group. I would give them zero stars if it were an option. I made an appointment to have carpet cleaned and they rescheduled once, then never showed up to the second appointment we arranged. I was optimistic enough to believe they would show up for the third appointment, but of course not. Don't waste your time!
