Being a patient at the office has been a wonderful experience. I usually conduct research online before I see a physician because I am very particular about the care and attention I receive. I must admit, I read the reviews posted by other users here and was leary of attending my first visit because of the negative ones I came across. The person who set my appointment was extremely helpful and assisted me with all of the questions I had about both physicians (+1!). The atmosphere was inviting (+2!)-the pictures are gorgeous; the staff was polite and met all of my expectations (+3!). I truly feel that Dr. Hardwick-Smith places an emphasis on patient care and I was very impressed. It saddens me to see that not everyone has had the same experience I did and would encourage anyone and everyone to keep an open mind. Do not miss out on the complete care this place has to offer! A huge thank you to the staff for being so patient with your patients and I absolutely love the fresh flowers in the waiting area...Kudos!
