I keep trying to give Fair Bean a chance and I walk away disappointed every time. My first visit, I actually had to instruct the barista on how to make a latte, which was bizarre. All 3 trips,which I've spaced out months apart, there has not been an improvement in their product. I ordered a latte today from a very surly and annoyed barista and it was horrible. No wonder the place is always empty when I drive by. Aside from having to work on their customer service skills, these employees need a barista bootcamp to whip them into shape. \r
I love supporting local businesses, but poor service and inconsistent product keeps driving me back to places like Starbucks.
