We were skeptical of how we would find a home which fit into our specific needs from so far away. However, once we contacted Michael our worries were gone. He spent many hours with us on the phone determining our desires and offering us a ton of advice along the way. He was extremely familiar with all the neighborhoods of Boston and was able to direct us towards the once that would be the most desirable for us. We scheduled a weekend to come out to Boston to look at some homes we had chosen through Michael's daily updates he would send us over email and through his website. \r
Again, we were unsure of how hectic this weekend would be, but Michael made everything run very smoothly. He picked us up where we were staying, 30 minutes outside of Boston, and then proceeded to show us about 15 homes aorund Boston over 2 days. He had the days very organized and worked with us to help us find our perfect home....which we did! \r
More importantly, I was admitted to the hospital over that weekend, so he traveled 30 minutes to the hospital multiple times so we could sign all the documents. He was amazing through the entire process. \r
