I called in to get my dog groomed, and I had the date and time I wanted to schedule the appointment for. The man on the phone said that it was too ""in advance"" to make an appointment, and to call back a few days later. I thought that was weird, but I called back later in the week and the same man said ""Well, that day isn't available anymore."" I was so mad because I TRIED to schedule it earlier and he said it was too in advance! I of course told him this and he gave me a rude attitude, he was practically screaming at me! I couldn't believe someone would talk to a potential customer in such a rude manner. I'm taking my dog to Bolton now, where I know they won't treat me or the dog like total s h i t.
