My experience with Raven Paul accountants was terrible. They did not ask for my permission to file an extension and never gave me any explanation as to why they had failed to prepare my taxes before April 15th. After trying to reason with them about my discontent, with no clear answers from the accountants, I threatened to write bad reviews on the internet about them. To my surprise, I was casually blackmailed by one of the office managers who made a comment about ""maybe reporting me to the IRS"" as to redflag me in the future. Needless to say, I took all my documents and seeked tax services elsewhere. What a nightmare.
Pros: NO PROS.
Cons: EVERYTHING.
