I would not reccomend this gym to anyone. Honestly, when I initially signed up for the gym the ""salesman"" pressured me with tactics of over promising and cornering me about why I ""wouldn't"" sign up, and my reasons for traveling often and not being able to validate every single month of membership was combatted with, "" I will personally help you if you have problems. you can cancel 30 days prior for the next month. If you can't make it here within 30 days don't worry, we can work something out.. here is my card. call me."" So I sign up, and he told me I get a guest pass. another concern of mine. Come to find out, the guess pass can ONLY be used by someone with a FLORIDA driver's license, ?! ... Combats the purpose of making guests feel like they can have company and enjoy the gym with friends SINCE THEY PAY FOR A MEMBERSHIP. Also, I called one day after my 30 day period to put my account on hold and they told me no b/c I was too late. Also the time period has to be at least 3 months. The gym is horribly over crowded and the customer service is horrible. It was great at first but has quickly gone down hill. Plus, surprise surprise the guy who sold me the membership no longer works there, and they have a very high employee turnover rate with an apparent ""overpromising"" problem to clients. Pros: equipment is in good condition Cons: over crowded, poor management, over promising, too strict on their customers, not accomidating in any fashion more
