I've been going to Club Tan for years now and enjoy the great beds and mostly good service. I do have to say this however, Shab needs to watch her professionalism a little more. Someone needs to tell her that when clients are in the waiting area, you don't need to be gossiping about other clients behind their back, making fun of people that can't afford to buy or upgrade new packages, and that not everyone in the room needs to hear about your new purse that you spent thousands of dollars on. I'm not a hater, I love designer purses too. But it crosses the line of professionalism when you become braggy about things like that in front of clientelle. She's a sweet and outgoing girl, but needs a dose of humble pie sometimes. If those things could happen, I don't think anyone would have anything to say about the "snooty" behavior they sometimes complain about anymore.
Pros: clean, great services, friendly people
Cons: sometimes manager is unprofessional..
