I've been in Milano before to get a nose stud, and that went fine. I went in today to have the other side of nose pierced as well, and the piercer made it completely off balance. It looks ridiculous, and the customer service there is terrible, mainly from the front desk. They talk bad about the customers more than they help them and they're not friendly whatsoever. Now I have to take out the stud I got today, and go get it re-done in a few weeks, thanks to the apparently blind piercer. Next time I'll clearly have to guide him through the process of simply making the studs even.
Pros: nice jewelry, clean atmosphere
Cons: rude staff, feels rushed, bad customer service in general
